These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the digital platforms, applications, services, content, technology, marketplace functionality, and related systems operated by Relocate Inc. (“Relocate,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including www.relocate.world, https://app.relocate.world/, and any affiliated subdomains, APIs, communication systems, advisor portals, marketplace infrastructure, software, and digital products collectively referred to as the “Platform.”

By accessing, browsing, registering for, submitting information to, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

1. Nature of the Platform

Relocate operates as a technology-enabled relocation and marketplace platform designed to assist individuals exploring international relocation opportunities and to facilitate connections between users and independent third-party professionals operating within the global mobility ecosystem.

The Platform may provide destination discovery tools, relocation planning technology, informational resources, advisor discovery functionality, personalized roadmap generation, immigration pathway exploration, marketplace functionality, educational content, inquiry-routing systems, document organization tools, matching technology, communication features, and introductions to third-party professionals and partners.

Relocate is not a law firm, accounting firm, investment advisory firm, brokerage, insurance company, immigration authority, government agency, healthcare provider, or regulated fiduciary unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, immigration representation, financial advice, healthcare advice, or any other regulated professional service.

2. Distinction Between the Marketplace and the Application

The Platform contains distinct operational components, including the public-facing marketplace website and the user-facing relocation application.

The marketplace accessible through www.relocate.world primarily functions as an informational and marketplace environment through which users may explore relocation topics, discover advisors, submit inquiries, request consultations, and engage with professionals and ecosystem partners.

The relocation application accessible through https://app.relocate.world/ functions as a personalized relocation planning environment in which users may voluntarily submit personal information for the purpose of generating destination recommendations, roadmap outputs, relocation insights, advisor matching, and related relocation-oriented functionality.

By using either component of the Platform, users acknowledge and agree that different categories of information may be collected, processed, analyzed, and shared depending on the nature of the service being used.

Advisors and Members may submit articles, profile information, biographies, images, publications, marketing materials, and other content to the Platform.

By submitting such materials, Advisors grant Relocate a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, modify formatting, market, advertise, repurpose, promote, and create derivative works from submitted materials.

This includes the right to use Advisor names, likenesses, company information, profile photographs, articles, publications, and professional materials across the Platform, newsletters, advertising campaigns, social media, public relations materials, promotional videos, presentations, digital marketing campaigns, and ecosystem communications.

Relocate assumes no responsibility for independently verifying the accuracy, legality, or regulatory compliance of Advisor-authored materials.
